PADI Course Directors conduct PADI Instructor Development Courses IDC and other instructor-level training and are instructor trainers themselves.

PADI themselves conduct Course Director Training Courses (CDTC) only 2 times every year.
One of the special locations for the Course Director Training Course CDTC is Kota Kinabalu; right here in our own backyard. The other location is in South America.
Candidates who are invited into the fold of this elite group of PADI SCUBA professionals are by no means just accepted onto the course.
Potential Course Director Training candidates pass through a stringent screening process and has their experience and training examined, just for entry into this competitive and demanding course.
