Good Experience for PADI IDC Candidates in Borneo

The real benefit for our interns based in our PADI 5 Star IDC dive centre is that not only will they gain a huge wealth of experieince they will also see first hand how to run and schedule a busy dive centre.

The last week saw a big group of 22 Danish adventurers camping on the island while completing their PADI Open Water Course, Advanced Open Water Course and Coral Reef Conservation program with Downbelow.

All of the PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) candidates were given the tasks of assisting the instructors throughout the course and this can only do them good in terms of confidence and preparedness as they await for the official start of the IDC program on the 18th of May 2013.

Photo above shows Charlie Durbin demonstrating the usage of equipment to the group.

Contact us if you would like to join our IDC – either this time or when the next one comes around
