Asia IDC Interns In Another Conservation Activity

It seems there is no stopping PADI Platinum Course Director Richard Swann and his team of professional-level interns from cleaning up the ocean these past few days.

Barely a week after removing an illegal-net from the waters of Tunku Abdul Rahman Park, Borneo, Richard and the team performed another net removal activity, though this time they removed a series of small nets scattered over one of their favourite dive spots named “Ribbon Reef”.

For the interns, especially the PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) candidates, the experience that they gain from these Project AWARE activities are priceless and will give them confidence and somewhat of a rest-bite from study as they prepare for the start of the IDC program soon.

This is just one advantage of having our own dive centre where we can bring our IDC candidates to an impromptu activity such as this one.

You too can have a piece of the fun and also join in the learning journey by signing up for the IDC in Borneo which will start soon.
