Downbelow resident PADI Course Director Richard Swann assisted by PADI IDC Staff Instructor Sam Broadie have been combining PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) preparation with PADI Divemaster training by conducting a confined water teaching workshop and at the same time using our PADI Divemaster interns as certified assistants for additional experience.
This is a great learning experience for PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) interns Pablo, Nordin & Stefan as part of their preparation for the PADI IDC which is happening real soon.
While for Mel & Jason the session also helped them to fulfil the criteria of “assisting student divers in confined water” in their Divemaster Course.
It’s a win-win for everyone & of course great fun as well.
