September IE in Kota Kinabalu is blessed with great weather!

Recently, the weather in Kota Kinabalu has offered all the amazing tropical climates Borneo has to offer!

Instructor Development Course (IDC) candidates Andy, John and Cindy were lucky to have experienced the many faces of mother nature, from surge and surf created by strong winds, to the searing Borneo sun on a clear, cloudless day!

To supervise and conduct PADI courses and programs in different conditions due to weather is especially fantastic experience for the candidates’ confidence to control underwater activities in their future dive careers.

Despite practicing in all types of seasons, the candidates were welcomed to the second day of their PADI Instructor Examination (IE) with the sun shining on the calm waters of Tunku Abdul Rahman Park!

Our premier PADI 5 Star IDC Dive Centre on Gaya Island also hosted the September Kota Kinabalu IE where our candidates have completed the performance requirements of the IDC. Our candidates’ familiarity with the training lagoon environment in front of our beach house facility assisted their calm to successfully complete the IE!

Get more details on our Go PRO internships and how one of the helpful and experienced members of staff at our Head Office can organize a program to suit your individual needs to start living the diving dream on Gaya Island!
