During the ‘wet’ season, tropical countries typically experience more rain and dive conditions can be temperamental.
With the experience of our team of PADI Instructors, good judgment must be used to attest whether it is, first and foremost, safe to conduct any in-water activity!
The third installment of our group of UK-based students from Camps International are lucky, as are our PADI Instructors, to have a beautiful sunny morning after some unpredictable weather from the day before.
Nevertheless, the water conditions are offering great visibility so all students are able to see their Instructor and are so much more comfortable for it too!
During temperamental weather, our calm training lagoon is most affected because the depth is so shallow, but a diver in open water will not have any sensation of the surface conditions.
As a PADI Instructor, experience with teaching in different conditions due to weather, which can be unpredictable particularly in the tropics such as Borneo, will instill more confidence in their skills of control and supervision! Their confidence will result in a ‘domino effect’ on their student diver too!
For experience as a Go PRO diver, arrange with one of our experienced and helpful Head Office staff to discuss a suitable internship program to become a PADI Instructor and live the diving dream with confidence!
