Student divers follow a natural leader.

An Instructor Development Course (IDC) at our premier PADI 5 Star IDC Dive Centre is intensive, and it must be, to test your leadership abilities until it’s natural!

IDC candidates find the most challenging aspect of dive instruction is underwater control, from the organization of a single skill to an entire dive.

This is what all of our Go PRO interns have experienced in the beginning of our IDC’s, but it is essential for continued improvement.

Our full time and dedicated Go PRO team of highly experienced PADI Instructor Trainers, continually counsel candidates to conduct their teaching presentation independently during dive training.

As many possible mistakes are made in the first few days of the IDC because it is a natural process of learning and the mistake will be remembered and avoided!

Preparing a teaching presentation in the IDC is about preparing for the common student mistakes and how to handle the situation. For a PADI Instructor to adopt foresight, it will benefit in controlling risks and instill the confidence to act as a natural leader.

Our Go PRO internship program for the IDC includes our fully supportive GO PRO team, who are passionate about your professional dive education! So get in contact with our Head Office to arrange a suitable itinerary to visit us in Borneo for our Go PRO team will lead you to live your diving dream!
