Resident PADI Course Director Richard (left) giving Steve and Shevy some Theory Exam adviceOur Instructor Development Course candidates are back at the dive station on Gaya island in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia.

The IDC is all about developing candidates to become Open Water Scuba Instructors, but to achieve that distinction there are first several exams to pass.

A big part of the Instructor Development Course is preparing for those exams.

Today was one of those days.

Good thing then that resident PADI Course Director, Richard Swann, is always nearby to answer any questions the candidates might have or give advice about how to approach the theory exams.

With Downbelow’s 100% success rate in Instructor Development Courses, our IDC candidates are in good hands.
