Place your student on a ‘pedestal’.

Student divers will place an Instructor who possesses the qualities of a caring educator on a ‘pedestal’. The caring Instructor is defined by one who does just so – placing their students on a ‘pedestal’, conducting all activities with their safety and well-being in mind above all else!

The roles and responsibilities of a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor is outlined in the code of conduct, which describes their required role model behavior once qualified to begin their teaching career.

PADI Instructor Mel introduces his client to the tropical underwater world through the PADI Discover Scuba Diving program and his attention will be fully focused on his student diver to assess her comfort. His level of care will also provide her with the comfort of knowing her safety is of his highest priority.

As part of our Instructor Development Course (IDC), our Go PRO team will direct our candidates to read the code of conduct from their PADI Instructor Manual and remind them to commit to memory its contents. Not just because it details their agreement to the PADI organization that they will adhere, but questions on it might likely be in their Instructor Examination (IE)!

To Go PRO, get in touch with our Head Office where one of our experienced staff will arrange a suitable Go PRO internship program in Borneo catered to your individual needs!
