PADI Instructor’s remediate students’ performance.

OWC3

Each skill of the PADI Open Water Diver course has performance requirements that need to be met, however each skill is demonstrated slightly differently by different PADI Instructors, and student divers will perform it slightly differently too!

As long as the performance requirement is fulfilled and is understood by student divers, this is the PADI Instructors’ role and responsibility within dive training.

The meaning of performance requirement is a frequent topic of conversation and study during the Instructor Development Course (IDC).

Of course it would be, because it’s the backbone of the PADI professionals’ career to know what are, essentially, the PADI standards to mastering each skill of the course or program.

PADI Instructor Vic completed his Go PRO internship a few years ago and has continued his professional education to gain the PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer rating. Many professional divers who continue their dive education to improve their knowledge base and their skillset are more likely to encourage their student divers to continue their own dive education.

For an awesome Go PRO lifestyle, contact our HQ where one of our experienced staff will organize a suitable itinerary for you to complete your professional internship program.
