Lead with experience.

A leadership role isn’t convincing even to the novice diver if the PADI professional hasn’t experienced a good amount of real diving!

PADI Master Instructor Paul is also one of our Operations Managers at our premier PADI 5 Star IDC Dive Centre on Gaya Island, and understands the value of experience and that continuing professional dive education is imperative.

After completing the PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC), our candidates are offered a presentation on the best employment strategies for a successful career in the dive industry. Resident Platinum PADI Course Director Richard Swann, will discuss the variety of options for actively seeking employment and a reliable path to increase the PADI professionals’ employability is to broaden their knowledge base.

PADI Instructors’ are encouraged to gain higher qualifications, such as the PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer (MSDT) rating. It demonstrates a passion for different areas of diving meaning they can teach a variety of PADI Specialties, a quality which dive operators look for when employing dive professionals!

Continuing dive education is essential to gaining confidence for all divers, and especially professionals to become the role model leader their student divers aspire to become one day!

Get in touch with our Head Office, where one of our friendly and helpful staff will organize a personalized Go PRO internship program for you to start your life as a dive educator, and continue to be a Go PRO leader in Borneo!
