Fully Qualified Diving Instructors Are Also EFR Instructors

Paul and Roy takes on the EFRI course with AlvinTo be a fully qualified PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor OWSI, you must also be an Emergency First Response Instructor EFRI.

During our last Instructor Development Course IDC our candidates successfully completed the IDC and passed their PADI Instructor Exams IE and were technically PADI Instructors.

However, both still had to complete the EFRI to be fully qualified.

As such, they became fully qualified PADI Open Water Scuba Instructors OWSI.

All in a day’s work here at the PADI 5 Star IDC Dive Centre on Gaya Island in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
